Cancelling group saunas & yoga retreat days

We require 5 days notice for a full refund, or 72 hours notice for a credit/reschedule

Sorry we can't offer any refund or credit with less than 72 hours notice.

However you are welcome to offer your place to someone else, and let us know the name change.

Cancelling privately booked saunas

We require 7 days notice for a full refund, or 5 days notice for a credit/reschedule

Sorry we can't offer any refund or credit with less than 5 days notice.

However you are welcome to offer your sauna to someone else, and let us know the name change.

Cancelling courses

We require a months notice for a full refund, or 2 weeks notice for 50% refund

Sorry we can't offer any refunds or credits with less than 2 weeks notice.

However you are welcome to offer your course to someone else, and let us know the name change.

Extreme weather

The Lovebrook sauna operates year-round. When booking, guests should understand that sessions will go ahead in most weather, including rain, wind, and snow, as part of the Lovebrook sauna experience.

Sessions will only be cancelled by Lovebrook when conditions are deemed unsafe to operate. However, in below-freezing temperatures, the Cold Plunge and Outdoor shower may be out of action due to frozen pipes.
